Applications for new students to St. Luke School can be completed via our online application process, which includes a $250 registration fee (per student). For your convenience, this online system allows you to upload all additional required documentation as part of your student's application. St. Luke School offers enrollment year-round subject to availability.  Admissions are based on current student registration, completed in February.


Following our re-registration period for current families, acceptance letters confirming your student's enrollment will be mailed in mid-February. If accepted, you will also receive tuition payment information from our Business Office. A second communication follows over the summer with details about uniforms, supplies, required immunizations, etc.

As part of the application process, you will be asked to create an account on our Admissions Platform.

We are accepting New Student Applications in the Preschool 4 Year Program, and in Grades 1 - 8 for Fall of 2021-2022.

Our 3 Year Preschool and Kindergarten are full. 
We are accepting waitlist positions at this time.

Teacher Recommendation, Report Cards/ Test Scores


Please note:  As part of our online application process, NEW student applications for Grades 1-8 will require a Confidential Teacher Recommendation Form to be filled out by the applicant's present school.

New student applicants are responsible for uploading grades, test scores and requesting the student’s previous school to complete the teacher recommendation form in order to be considered.  The Admissions Committee will not consider incomplete applications.  If there are any extenuating circumstances, please notify the Admissions Director, Alicia Sullivan.

We welcome applications for children who are of Preschool through Eighth Grade regardless of race, religion, color, or ethnic origin.

3 Year Preschool students must be potty-trained; 4 Year Preschool students must meet the Kindergarten age requirements before promoted from Preschool. (Students must have reached their 3rd birthday on or before August 31.)


Students must have reached their 5th birthday on or before August 31st.

Dates & Deadlines


Existing Families:  Application for existing families that have incoming students NEW to St. Luke School for the upcoming school year begins in January.  These applications, along with the $250 registration fee, must be received by Monday, February 15th, 2021 for existing families.  Applications not meeting the deadline will be considered after on-time applications have been placed.


St Luke School families are set up on a rolling admissions schedule.  The deadline for existing families to "opt-out" for the 2021-22 school year tuition contract is Monday, February 15, 2021.  Parents of returning students will receive a personalized link via email with instructions on how to confirm re-enrollment online via our new Re-Registration Platform. Additional information will be provided in the Thursday packet.
