VISIT WITH PRINCIPAL
Prospective families are required to meet with Principal Rick Boyle to review your student(s) application, answer additional questions, and learn more about your student(s). This meeting will be scheduled virtually.
STUDENT ASSESSMENT
An admissions assessment will be required for applicants in 1st through 8th grade. Assessments are used to learn more about a student's learning profile.

St. Luke School is committed to making our programs accessible, offering financial assistance to qualifying families. Financial assistance is offered both by St. Luke School and the Fulcrum Foundation.
Admission decisions are made independently of financial aid decisions.

The application includes a $100 non-refundable application fee. After February 5, applications are considered on a space-available basis.

RETURNING FAMILIES
Important Dates & Deadlines
New student applications for existing families should be submitted by January 2024 along with the $100 application fee. Applications not meeting the deadline will be considered after on-time applications have been placed.
St. Luke School families are set up on a rolling admissions schedule. Existing families who will "opt out" for the 2023-24 school year are due by January 15, 2024. Parents of returning students will receive a personalized link via email with instructions on how to confirm re-enrollment online via the parent portal. An annual Re-registration Fee of $250 will be included in the contract and will be due at signing. Reminders will be provided in the Thursday WRAP. Notice of families not returning for the following school year after the January 15, 2024 date will be charged the non-refundable $250 fee.
