Eileen Okada Shares Her Story

Eileen Okada, the great aunt of an 8th grade student, Zach, visited eighth graders today and helped them examine the Japanese incarceration from a different perspective. Students were able to make some important connections to current events. Probing questions and insightful discussion made for an engaging afternoon!
