8th Grade Learns About GAO

Last week, parent Dawn Locke spoke to the 8th Graders about government accountability and the role of the GAO ( Government Accountability Office). This office serves as a congressional watchdog and provides nonpartisan, objective, fact-based information to Congress. She truly brought government and learning alive for these students and helped all of us present to become more knowledgeable! The students were thrilled to become whistle-blowers!
