What is the St. Luke-A-Thon? The St. Luke-A-Thon is an event to promote health and fitness, growing community, and generate income to support school enrichment programs. The students and parishioners secure sponsors to pledge money per lap or a flat donation to walk, jog, skip or dance a designated course.
When is the St. Luke-A-Thon? Monday, October 18th on the upper playfield at St. Luke School.
Where do the overall funds go? Join us in supporting our 380 students in our fall fundraiser, the annual ST. LUKE-A-THON October 18th! This great fundraiser is not only FUN, it is an essential part of our annual fundraising goal for our great school! This year our St. Luke-A-Thon goal is to raise $40,000 through your pledges to fund projects throughout our school.
The money raised goes directly into the operating budget of the school. Last year, we were able to award over a quarter of a million dollars in scholarships to those desiring a Catholic IB education in a loving community. We’re hopeful any excess funds will be put towards school improvement projects, such as turf on the upper field!
